Description: Seriously Baltimore?? I have been looking at this submission for over a week wondering how the hell to rate it and I’m still speechless. I can’t even come up with a rating for this. I’m pretty sure he’s not on heroin, but jail-breaking from the hospital (notice the IV he pulled out of his arm) at 1AM is not the action of your standard tax-paying citizen who is not up to no good…
The message with the submission probably explains the scene better than I ever can:
One random Saturday night driving around making the rounds between some JHU house parties and bars at like 1am, we see this guy stumble out of the hospital doors and start walking down the street in full hospital garb. As you can see, his expression as we pulled up and snapped the picture was priceless. And check out his stylish kicks!
*BONUS* - I will give +1 point to any future submission if they can come up with a good explanation of what the hell is actually going on in this picture. Exceptionally creative explanations will be published as well.
