Description: After the last few submissions I was a little scared this site was going to elevate to snuff porn by the end of the week, but here comes a relatively tame submission from a gas station on Charles Street. Even though I really respect a guy who can lounge around in 100 degree heat wearing shit-kickers and scrubs, I’m forced to give this an honorable mention because this is more of a “morning-after” pic than really catching someone in the act.
This guy reminds us with his fashionable blue PJs is that Baltimore is not only the heroin capital of the world, but also a thriving medical center with world class treatment centers for our various heroin addicts who we treat and then discharge to wander the streets aimlessly between overdoses. Keep it up Baltimore, real men don’t need addiction counseling!
