That bench is like the junkie respawn zone in a weird version of Crackhead Halo, It all makes sense now, every time a junkie in the mid-Atlantic dies they just wake up on a bench outside of Chipotle! That explains so much, like how we never send EMS to any wandering zombie because we know the worst that can happen is that they end up on a bench in midtown.
The good news from this is Baltimore doesn’t need more cops of better drug treatment programs, all we need to do is move that bench!
