Description: Ahhh, the “Stoop Zombie”. This is the Baltimore version of the garden gnome. I have been saying for years that around Christmas time Baltimore city should hand out Red and Green clothing to our junkies so that when they pass out on our stoops it gives a vibrant “festive” feel to the city. Maybe even add blinking lights or tinsel to give that “fresh snow” look. Instead of the “Miracle on 34th Street” we could have the “Miracle on Johnson Square” or the “Light Parade at Harlem Park”
This guy loses major points for being horizontal, but gained a few back for the impossibly awkward arm hang. If he hadn’t already collapsed all of his veins from shooting dope, he would have major pins and needles when he waked up!
